I enjoy helping people achieve their goals. I have over 25 years experience, and have worked in both the United Kingdom and the Netherlands. I have worked on all sorts of projects, notably within the public sector. I enjoy cultivating longstanding working relationships as these lead to more effective graphic design.

I worked as a senior designer for Total Identity in Amsterdam where I designed several large corporate identities, notably for ROC van Amsterdam and Gemeente Zwolle, the latter being nominated for the Dutch Housestyle Prize.

Total Identity
I design websites, housestyles, logos, posters, flyers, business cards, emailings, newspapers, interactive pdfs and forms, promotional items, books, annual reports, iPad brochure apps, more websites, events (from banners to balloons), exhibitions and once the interior graphics of a public library. It doesn’t matter really, what I enjoy most is coming up with original ideas that give form to a creative brief.

I use Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). I am comfortable with markup (HTML, CSS) and open source CMS's (Joomla, Wordpress). For web design I use the hosted CMS application Webflow along with Sketch, Flinto, Invision, Sublime Text and Transmit. For copy I love the writing app Grammarly. I am also studying UX/UI design via the Interaction Design Foundation, view my certificates.
